Professor of Political Science Sangmin Bae has been honored with ��ݮ��Ƶ’s 2021 Bernard J. Brommel Distinguished Research Professor award.

Michael Abreu may be only a junior at ��ݮ��Ƶ, but he has already accomplished a great feat. Abreu, a Computer Science major, was recently awarded the presented by the Illinois Technology Foundation.

��ݮ��Ƶ is one of five Illinois schools to partner in the establishment of the Metropolitan Chicago Data-science Corps (MCDC) to help meet the data science needs of the Chicago metropolitan area.

��ݮ��Ƶ, in collaboration with numerous local and national supporting organizations, will host the Japanese American Redress Conference on Sept. 22-23, 2021, exactly 40 years after the Commission on the Wartime Relocation and Internment of Civilians (CWRIC) hearings were held on Northeastern's Main Campus.

Urban historian and TikTok sensation Shermann “Dilla” Thomas will give a talk titled “Everything Dope about America Comes from Chicago” on Feb. 22 in honor of Black History/Heritage Month. 

On Aug. 9, ��ݮ��Ƶ President Gloria J. Gibson issued a statement announcing that all Northeastern employees and students who will be on campus in the fall are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 for the 2021-2022 academic year.
