Fall is definitely in the air. Just like the change in seasons, wonderful changes are happening at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ! This week, the University named a new Vice President for Enrollment Management. There are also a lot of events to celebrate the season and Indigenous Peoples Heritage Month. Read about all this and more in this week’s Noteworthy at Northeastern. 

The Chicago area has been hit with nearly a foot and a half of snow this week. While cleaning it up has been a challenge, it sure makes for some pretty pictures! À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has been awarded a grant from the Governor's Emergency Education Relief (GEER) Fund to aid recruitment and retention efforts. Some of these efforts were mentioned in President Gloria J. In an effort to make its English courses more accessible to working professionals and community members not seeking college credit, À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has created the NEIU English Institute.
