The TimelyCare|NEIU virtual mental health and well-being platform provides 24/7 access to virtual mental health care for students from anywhere in the United States at no cost.
Student Counseling After Hours Emergency Support 鈥 For assistance with urgent concerns after hours please call our main number at (773) 442-4650, and press 鈥2鈥 to speak with a counselor on call. Additionally, Talk Now on TimelyCare provides 24/7 access to a counselor in under five minutes.
