American artist and activist , whose work focuses on issues of physical identity, especially in explorations of cultural depictions of disability, will present “Disability & Queer Identity” on Oct. 29 as part of ��ݮ��Ƶ’s second annual Disability Awareness Days.

��ݮ��Ƶ will launch a yearlong celebration of its 150th anniversary during NEIU Weekend on Sept. 15 and 16.

��ݮ��Ƶ’s College of Arts and Sciences has changed the name of its Art department to Art + Design and the department, major and minor of Women’s and Gender Studies to Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies beginning in the Fall 2020 semester.
