Education
I hold a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Robert Morris University. Additionally, I possess professional credentials in Workforce Development, Project Management, Scrum Master and Marketing.
Background
I began my professional journey at DePaul University, where I spent over a decade in Academic Affairs leading major institutional initiatives. I later joined City Colleges of Chicago, contributing to the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, a nationally recognized initiative supporting small business growth and entrepreneurship.
During the pandemic, I transitioned into the workforce development sector, holding leadership roles at Equus Workforce Solutions and the National Able Network. In these positions, I advanced workforce development programs, adult learning initiatives, and strategic partnerships that connected job seekers with meaningful employment and long-term career opportunities.
As a lifelong learner, I further expanded my professional reach as Administrative Director for the MU-NCORP Program at the Hektoen Institute of Medicine, managing pre- and post-award grant activities and supporting oncology research initiatives through collaboration, compliance, and strategic oversight.
Currently, I serve as the Business Manager for the Angelina Pedroso Center for Diversity and Intercultural Affairs at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, supporting Dr. DeWitt Scott in overseeing daily business and administrative operations, while ensuring that the Center’s activities align with its mission and with NEIU’s commitment to providing students with an enriching and enjoyable college experience.
