For the seventh consecutive year, ��ݮ��Ƶ has received a Tree Campus USA recognition from the Arbor Day Foundation.

��ݮ��Ƶ has entered into a formal partnership with Hope Chicago, a nonprofit organization seeking to reduce economic and social inequity by funding postsecondary scholarships and non-tuition costs for Chicago Public Schools graduates and their adult family members eager to return to school and update their skills. 

��ݮ��Ƶ is once again partnering with Google as it joins the Grow with Google HSI Career Readiness Program. Northeastern is the only four-year institution in the state of Illinois to partner with Google on this initiative, which will help Latinx students at 35 Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) prepare for the workforce through digital skills training and career workshops.

��ݮ��Ƶ’s longest-running annual philanthropic event, the Chuck Kane Scholarship Golf Outing, celebrates its 50th anniversary this year! Summer classes began at ��ݮ��Ƶ this week, but before we slip on our flip-flops and sunglasses, we’re taking a look back at the Spring 2022 term. ��ݮ��Ƶ announces the 23rd season of its Jewel Box Series. The eight-concert series begins Sept. 30 and runs Fridays at 7:30 p.m. throughout the academic year. 

Ensemble Español, in residence at ��ݮ��Ƶ, will host “Flamenco Passion” June 17-19 featuring their popular live dance and music performances to cap the company’s 46th American Spanish Dance & Music Festival, which runs June 8-14. 

Architect Juan Gabriel Moreno thanked ��ݮ��Ƶ for “a memory of a lifetime” during the Spring Commencement ceremony on May 13, 2022, at Credit Union 1 Arena.

CHICAGO – Today ��ݮ��Ƶ announced a reorganization of its resources at its Chicago Teachers’ Center (CTC). This change will position Northeastern to better serve its community partners and local teachers, as well as further the success of students along the entire educational pipeline—from pre-Kindergarten through college.
