The human body has always fascinated Christy Theodore Behnam.

Following a charge from Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to improve the city’s neighborhood public schools, À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ quickly became a resource for nearby Amundsen High School. As the new principal of Amundsen, Ana Pavichevich brainstormed ideas to help turn her school around. She quickly recalled the quality faculty and graduates of Northeastern’s College of Education and approached the University for assistance.

If you visit À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ on almost any Wednesday evening, you’ll find a happy group of film buffs settled into the cozy seats of the Auditorium for a rare movie screening. The journey to get them there was anything but comfortable.
