Victoria Valentine always knew she wanted to be a teacher, but it wasn’t until she volunteered at a summer camp during sixth grade that she realized she wanted to pursue special education.

À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Physical Education major Marisela Palma Barraza is ending her undergraduate career with a slam dunk. She was named Major of the Year by the Society of Health and Physical Education (SHAPE) America at the organization's 135th National Convention and Expo, held virtually April 13-17, 2021.

Colleen Lammel-Harmon is student in Northeastern's Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) program. She's also a part of Chicago's new Social Distance Ambassador program with the Chicago Park District where she serves as the senior project manager of health and wellness.
