I am research-oriented professional in Management. Areas of interest include: Entrepreneurship; Identifying critical needs and areas for improvement in the handling of knowledge and technology; Defining and integrating best practices in sustainable businesses; Leveraging corporate wide knowledge; Integrating Knowledge Management needs and approaches with the strategic planning process in technology driven businesses; Fostering a culture that reinforces the creation, retrieval, sharing, and use of knowledge; and Building social and human networks that foster the sharing of knowledge in global perspective.
